COMPLMENTARY CONCIERGE SERVICE
Our signature, concierge-level service at no expense to you. This tier includes curated support by a licensed real estate specialist who will guide you through the apartment search process—from personalized recommendations and tour coordination to general lease guidance.
Fee: Complimentary (service fee is covered by the property on your behalf)
TENANT REPRESENTATION
For those seeking a more hands-on experience, this optional upgrade includes everything in our Concierge Service, plus full representation throughout your leasing journey. We’ll communicate directly with leasing teams, assist with negotiations, and formally advocate for your best interests.
Fee: Typically complimentary (a one-month fee may apply if not covered by the property)

Step 1: Share Your Vision
Begin with a quick discovery form or one-on-one conversation with a ROAM specialist. We'll get to know your style, must-haves, budget, preferred locations, pet needs, and lifestyle goals—so we can tailor everything to you.
Step 2: Personalized Search & Property Coordination
Based on your preferences, your ROAM specialist will identify luxury residences that align with your lifestyle—from amenities and location to pet policies and design. We’ll walk you through thoughtfully selected options and coordinate next steps directly with the properties, making the process feel seamless, supported, and completely personalized.
Step 3: Tour With Ease
We’ll coordinate private or virtual tours at your convenience. Want support while you view your options? Your ROAM specialist can accompany you to offer insight and help you compare.
Note: While we do not act as your leasing agent unless formally requested, we’re here to support you with care and clarity throughout the process.
Step 4: Choose Your Service Level
At this stage, you choose how you'd like to proceed:

Tenant Representation: Want us to speak directly with leasing agents and negotiate on your behalf? With a signed Tenant Representation Agreement, we’ll formally advocate for you. This service is typically complimentary (or one month’s rent if not covered by the property).

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll assist with final steps—connecting you with the property, reviewing lease details, and ensuring a smooth handoff. You’ll move in with confidence, knowing your experience was expertly guided from start to finish.
